We host our website with our service provider: netcup GmbH. The host receives the above-mentioned data on our behalf.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

7. Integration of Interactive Maps (Carto)

On our website, we use maps via the MapLibre software. The map data (tiles) are loaded from servers of the provider Carto (CARTO, 305 Washington Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA).

When you visit a page containing the map, a connection to Carto's servers is established. Your IP address is transmitted to Carto. The use is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our location and easy findability. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
